"In the real world, many risks we face present neither the great certainties we would need to use cost-benefit analysis effectively nor the almost complete uncertainties that would justify radical precautionary approaches. I took a look. I wonder what an “After Action Review” (AAR) would make of the ‘drop’ at 4:20 into the video? I suspect that there are good reasons (beyond getting photos) for these drops, but I’d love to see the notes from the AARs.
